The French giants travel to the Bernabeu on Wednesday night for the first-leg of their last-16 tie with Zinedine Zidane’s men.
And they do so off the back of a six-game winning run in which they’ve scored 19 goals, conceding five.
Neymar has been instrumental in PSG’s success this season, slamming in 27 goals in 27 appearances in all competitions.
And the latest reports from Spain suggest he’s been discussing putting Real to the sword with his old Barcelona team-mate Messi.
According to Diario Gol, Neymar believes PSG can make the most of Real’s starting XI being full of ageing players.
And he’s apparently been exchanging messages with Messi on WhatsApp in the build-up to the fixture.
Messi’s said to have wished Neymar and co. luck for their visit to the Spanish capital.
And his comments have been echoed by Gerard Pique, who also turns out for Real’s great rivals Barcelona.
Neymar has apparently promised Pique that he will score at least once as PSG look to book their place in the Champions League quarter-finals.
Diario Gol indicate PSG are confident of success against Real, despite Zidane’s men’s dominant performance in their 5-2 win over Real Sociedad on Saturday.
Unai Emery is supposedly planning to expose what he sees as Real’s defensive weakness by pressing them high up the pitch.
PSG will not be naive at the back though, with Real capable of breaking quickly at will.
